By booking a service, the client agrees to these terms.

Services are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Bookings & Payments

Bookings must be made via phone, website, or email.

A deposit may be required for larger contracts.

Payments are due upon service completion (or as per contract).

Late payments may incur additional charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

Clients must provide 24-48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds are only issued if a service is not delivered as agreed.

Liability & Insurance

We are fully insured for public liability.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damages.

Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Health & Safety

Our staff follow strict health and safety guidelines.

Clients must inform us of any hazards on the premises.
